Aljiwan Jewellery offers bespoke and ready-made jewellery for purchase. While we strive for accuracy in our product descriptions, images, and pricing, we do not guarantee that all details are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
- We accept various payment methods, as indicated at checkout.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Bespoke Jewellery Design 
For custom jewellery designs, a consultation process will be conducted. A deposit may be required before production begins. Once an order is confirmed, bespoke pieces cannot be canceled or refunded. Lead times for custom designs vary and will be communicated during the consultation.

5. Shipping and Delivery 
- We offer domestic and international shipping options.
- Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.

6. Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange items within 15 days from the date of receipt if there is a manufacturing defect, non-compliance with specifications, or the item doesn’t match the original agreement. The item must be unworn, unopened, sealed in original packaging, and returned with the original certificate and invoice. For a refund, you have up to 30 days. The refund will be processed after item verification and authenticity checks. Al Jiwan Jewellery refunds only the amount paid online, excluding shipping, tax, and import fees.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and product designs, is the intellectual property of Aljiwan Jewellery. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
Aljiwan Jewellery is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Site, products, or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item.

10. Governing Law
